Dear all
It is now just over a week to go before we host the local Community Walk on Sunday 8 June. We are pleased to say that the event will be supported by our local MPs, Richard Fuller and Ben Obese-Jecty – we are very grateful to them both for their continued work to oppose the colossal East Park Energy solar facility targeting the fertile farmland around our villages.
Many thanks to those of you who have already registered to join our Community Walk, which will follow a small section of the proposed East Park plan on public footpaths near Little Staughton. The Walk should take no more than an hour or so. The event is timed to coincide with a national community walk initiative – some 25 groups up and down the UK will be taking part, bringing together thousands of people concerned over plans to construct utility-scale solar schemes in open countryside.
For those of you who have not yet had a chance to sign up to the Community Walk, all the details are available online at:

Please do register for the Walk via the website, or email to let us know you are coming.
We very much appreciate your continued support and look forward to seeing as many as possible of you at 9.30am on Sunday 8 June.
